Refund policy

CAN I GET A REFUND?

We believe in our products. If you are not satisfied with an order placed on oralvy.com, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, please email us at help@oralvy.com. In most cases, and subject to our refund policy described below, your request will be accepted. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email (it begins with "#") along with a brief message explaining the reason for your request. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable for orders placed within the United States, and customs duties and taxes are non-refundable for international orders. Items must be new and unopened. Any item received that has been used or whose packaging has been opened will result in your refund request being denied.

If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at help@oralvy.com within 30 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line (order numbers begin with "#"), photographic documentation of any reported damage or defects, if applicable, and we'll take care of the rest.

Please note that orders placed with our retail partners are subject to each retailer's return policy. Please contact the retailer's customer service department and provide the original dated receipt.

CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE ITEM?
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not refundable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
You will receive an email confirming your refund, or one of our customer service representatives will contact you within 48 hours of us receiving your email.

The refund will be issued to your bank account or credit card company, depending on your payment method. Refund processing can take up to 10 business days. Please contact your bank or credit card company to check the status of your refund; it may take some time for it to appear. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at help@oralvy.com.

Customer service is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Oralvy reserves the right to verify any refund request and require the return of purchased products.
