SHIPPING POLICY

United States: Processing time 1-2 business days, followed by a delivery time of 1-3 business days.

Free shipping

International: 15-20 business days

Orders placed after noon (Eastern Time) will be processed the next business day. Weekends are not considered business days.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order has shipped. Tracking should be active within 48 hours of receiving the email. If you have not received any tracking updates for your order within 3 business days, please contact us.

Furthermore, exceptional circumstances may result in a slightly longer delivery time than the estimated date, due to delays or other factors beyond our control. Please note that the estimated delivery date is based on data from all our orders and is not a guarantee.

Damage

Cloudsharks will replace orders damaged in transit. If you received a defective product due to damage incurred during shipping, please contact our customer service department within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Cloudsharks is not liable for the loss or theft of items whose delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. The company does not refund or replace orders whose delivery has been confirmed by the carrier and which are subsequently reported lost or stolen. Cloudsharks may, at its sole discretion, provide a certificate if a replacement is required.

Incorrect Addresses

Cloudsharks is not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect address. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can correct it before your order is shipped. We cannot guarantee that your address will be corrected, but the sooner you contact us, the better our chances of success.
